Now it's your chance to become "A TOSSER". Just kidding guys, of course. Ha, ha, ha. This is a practical application of my "Count Letters" program. It could be used to teach Probability to students and perhaps be further enhanced to explain multiple events and tree diagrams. It is interesting that the VB6 randomize function is not quite random for small numbers of tosses, but with large tosses (say of 1250 tosses) I got identical numbers of Heads and Tails (I was quite amazed by this result as it was really unexpected). Play around and perhaps add some more features. Forgot to mention: I added some key trapping to only allow "H's and T's" and whole numbers for the automated coin tosses. Updated with a details summary and a Heads=Tails tester. Enjoy.

  1. Re-scan downloaded files using your personal virus checker before using it.
  2. NEVER, EVER run compiled files (.exe's, .ocx's, .dll's etc.)--only run source code.
  3. Scan the source code with Minnow's Project Scanner

If you don't have a virus scanner, you can get one at many places on the net
