A distressed colleague rang me up the other day and requested a program to keep track of an immature teacher aide and an uncaring assistant principal who seem to like to make life difficult. Life SHOULD NOT BE DIFFICULT, so this program keeps track of a teacher aide's performance and connects it to integration student performance. As an added extra, I added an unannounced "Visiting Teacher" feature to keep track of those ROGUE VISITS by a small number of teaching staff who might "start stapling posters on walls during someone else's lesson" or the really weird "walk in, turn around and then walk out because I'm an assistant principal" classroom experience. This program could definitely be used to legally document bad behavior. It's very sad to hear of this happening in the public education system. Hopefully this will be very useful in these educational but "NOT NEEDED" situations.
