Program saves selection of captured screenshot. many times i needed to send picture of window i worked on. first i had to make screenshot then put it in photoshop or paint.net, then crop selection i needed and then save it. This program makes it all. it starts hidden (checks if is already running), detects 'printscreen' pressed, then opens window with captured screen. here you can select area with cursor. when area is selected, 'save' button is enabled. click it to save selection in app.path as image.bmp. after picture is saved you can again 'hide' window or end program

For your own safety, please:
  1. Re-scan downloaded files using your personal virus checker before using it.
  2. NEVER, EVER run compiled files (.exe's, .ocx's, .dll's etc.)--only run source code.
  3. Scan the source code with Minnow's Project Scanner

If you don't have a virus scanner, you can get one at many places on the net including:McAfee.com

The only time I write a program is when I can not find something similar on the net - no need to bombard the environment with similar stuff, is how I sees it.
This case the same - PicPick is exactly what you're looking for...
.
Good idea though :)

Fair comment JJ
However, it is often handy to have
functionality within your own app
Thanks for sharing Crzysiek
